At E-Tech Niketan, we value your learning experience. If you find that a course isn't the right fit for you, we offer a straightforward refund process to ensure your satisfaction.

1Eligibility for Refund

7-Day Window

We offer a “No Questions Asked” refund policy. You may request a full refund within 7 days of your course purchase.

Active Access

Refunds are only provided if you have active access to the course material at the time of the request.

Exclusions

  • Purchases made through the iOS app are not eligible for refunds through us (as these are handled via Apple's payment ecosystem).
  • Purchases made using the “Gift-a-course” feature are non-refundable.

2Course Bundles

If you purchased a course bundle, please note that refunds are only initiated for the entire bundle. We do not provide partial refunds for individual courses within a bundle.

3Process & Timelines

Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it typically takes 5–7 business days for the funds to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your bank.

One-Time Limit

To maintain the integrity of our platform, once a refund is processed for a specific course, no further refunds will be granted for that same course if purchased again by the same user.

4Security & Abuse

E-Tech Niketan reserves the right to deny refund requests if an account is found to be involved in suspicious activity, malicious behavior, or a violation of our Terms of Service.
